Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The return period begins on the day the last item(s) from your order were delivered.

How can I return an item?

1. Fill out the return form and include it with the package.
2. Send the package back using the courier company most convenient for you – Econt, Speedy, or BoxNow. The return shipping cost is at YOUR expense unless the item is defective or there was an error in the shipment on our part, in which case Vintage Summer EOOD will cover the return courier services.
3. The amount of your order will be refunded only if the items are not damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than for trying on), and all tags or labels are in place.

4. To refund your amount, please note the following:

   - The refunded amount is in euros and will be reimbursed within 14 business days of receiving the returned package.

   - We refund the amount to a bank account; please do not send packages with cash on delivery.

   - The provided bank account must match the name of the person who placed the order on www.vintagesummerfashion.com

   5. Vintage Summer EOOD has the right to refuse to accept the requested return or exchange if it discovers contamination or damage to the item.

How can I exchange an item?

The supplier exchanges the purchased item for another item of the same type and quality, or if unavailable, for an item of the customer's choice of the same value. In case the item was on promotion at a reduced price, the customer has the right to exchange it for another item at the same price that the customer actually paid to the Supplier.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

– Items made to the consumer's order or according to their individual requirements; Clothes made with specific length approved by the client.
