Return of goods

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The return period starts from the day on which the last item(s) of your order was delivered.

How can I return an item?

If you would like to return something, please use the following steps:

1) Fill out the Return Form of the product and fill in the reason for returning the product.

2) Send the item you wish to return, including the blank for return of goods. Please remember that the Return Form must always be attached to the goods being returned.

3) Send the shipment back via courier company Econt Bulgaria. You can do it directly from their office or contact them by phone at 07001 7300 (Price: The cost of a local call or according to your operator's tariff plan) to schedule the return of the goods. Vintage Summer EOOD has the right to refuse to accept the requested return or exchange if it finds contamination or damage to the goods.

Returning goods by courier is at YOUR expense, except in the case of a defective item or a mixed-up shipment on our part, then Vintage Summer EOOD will cover the courier return services described above.

4) If the customer has not paid the return amount, it will be deducted from the refund amount for the order.

5) Your order will only be refunded if the goods have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than being measured) and that all labels or markings are in place.

6) In order for us to refund your amount, please keep the following in mind:

● The refunded amount is in Bulgarian leva

● We refund only to a Bulgarian bank account

● We refund the amount within 14 business days of receiving the returned shipment.

● The bank account provided must match the name of the person who placed the order on www.vintagesummerfashion.com

How to replace an item?


The Supplier replaces the purchased goods with another good of the same type and quality, or in the absence of such - with a good of the customer's choice for the same value. In case the goods were on promotion at a reduced price, the customer has the right to exchange them with another good at the same price that the customer actually paid to the Supplier.

Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged:

– goods made to order by the consumer or according to his individual requirements; Clothes made to a specific length approved by the customer.
