Self love #3: "Starting tomorrow..."
We humans are a very interesting thing. We always find excuses for ourselves. Starting tomorrow I won't eat sugar, starting tomorrow I'll exercise, starting tomorrow I'll rest. Starting tomorrow I'll spend more time on myself.
But you know, sometimes that's just normal. Sometimes we need to NOT take care of ourselves. To give ourselves a break from that too. We lose our balance. We eat more than we need or less. We don't sleep well and test the limits of our bodies. Sometimes we become irresponsible and that's normal. We are real people.
But at some point, our body tells us that it's time to get moving, both physically and mentally. It speaks to us, and it's good to listen to it.
