Self love #3: "Starting tomorrow..."

We humans are a very interesting thing. We always find excuses for ourselves. Starting tomorrow I won't eat sugar, starting tomorrow I'll exercise, starting tomorrow I'll rest. Starting tomorrow I'll spend more time on myself. But you know, sometimes that's just normal. Sometimes we need to NOT take care of ourselves. To give ourselves a break from that too. We lose our balance. We eat more than we need or less. We don't sleep well and test the limits of our bodies. Sometimes we become irresponsible and that's normal. We are real people. But at some point, our body tells us that it's time to get moving, both physically and mentally. It speaks to us, and it's good to listen to it.

#3 self-love

Our third challenge to you for February is to find time for exercise and stretching this week. Every day. Yes, every day. We're talking 15 minutes. If you can do more, great.

We declare it to you too. We will post on Instagram, there is no escaping it. Tag us too. This week, we will take care of our body every day. After all , “my body, my temple” was on our bucket list, we are starting small. We have been on this wave for a long time and we have many surprises in store for you, very soon. Active wear baby, active. This is now a warm-up challenge, we have a bigger one in mind, let's get started. Body & mind, self-love.
